A project to bring new life to a duplex apartment in a seminal post-war Grade II listed development in the City of London.

We restored the original cantilevered concrete staircase in this modernist gem and designed a new bathroom and kitchen to fit the space-saving interior. We faced many of the challenges and questions that you might imagine restoring a British sports car from the 1950’s. Experience with yacht interiors was to prove handy and many of the fittings are custom-made to a convenient size. Lighting was chosen to emphasise the original double height spaces.
